I AM meditation
"I AM" is an opening, a door way, to the inner beingness, the Truth of what you are, to non-duality. To focus on this sense, this feeling, this beingness, you expand and transform your consciousness.
Focus on your breath, relax your body and take the time you need, without judgement, to come into stillness.
Silence your mind.
Silently say I AM to yourself. One time, or repeatedly, whatever works for you.
Notice the feeling of beingness within.
Surrender into that space.
Sink into it.
Allow it to expand.
