ignite shakti Womb mudra sequence
breathing into these hand mudras with the intent to give life to kundalini within the cervix and womb can be a very powerful practice and an excellent start to a deeper meditation in still surrender.
Open yoni mudra
Place your hands on your lower belly and let the thumb tips and index finger tips touch. Let the remaining fingers rest gently on the belly. Breath into the mudra for nine breaths.
Interlaced open yoni mudra
With thumb tips and index finger tips still touching, index fingers pointing downward, let the remaining fingers lightly interlace, palms curve a little, creating a hollow cave. Little fingers resting on pubic bone or belly. Breath into the mudra for nine breaths.
interlaced extended yoni mudra
Interlace the fingers more closely, and let the pads of the thumbs and index fingers touch, creating a space similar to a yoni. Breath into the mudra for nine breaths.
A deeper practice
For additional power, chant 'Kundalini Aroharnam' on the exhalation, drawing energy in to the cervix on the inhalation, through each mudra.
This practice is obviously for women, but if you as a man tries it, please let me know what your experience is like. /Marie
